Each piece of Corredo is made to order and completely custom : please note that we do not accept returns or changes if the product has been customized.

We start preparing your order shortly after it’s placed, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at ciao@corredo.com and we’ll do our best.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your linens, we recommend the following:

• Wash your pieces regularly, separating dark and light colors to prevent color transfer.
• Treat stains as soon as possible.
• Use an eco-friendly or pH-neutral detergent.
• Avoid fabric softener, as it can affect the natural fibers.
• Air dry in the shade whenever possible. Tumble drying may cause some natural fabrics to shrink.
• Before storing, ensure your linens are completely clean and dry, and keep them in a cool, well-ventilated place.
• Iron on a low temperature just before use for the best finish.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Italy. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Your order may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your checkout total and must be paid upon delivery.

Each piece of Corredo is made to order and completely custom : please consider approximately 3 months between placing the order and receiving your Corredo. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
